What Fruits and Veggies Won’t Get

Note to self, the primary advocates of major cleanse programs are at best dieticians with limited schooling and who don’t focus on the scientific evidence behind the validity of the claims of various claims. MONEY is the primary driver behind this health industry. It’s pseudo health.

Countless individuals we encounter feel ‘better’ after a cleanse. But what we do’nt take into account every time is the change in diet. If you start a diet of fruits, veggies, and whole grains, beyond what your body is used to, you’re more than likely going to feel ‘better’ simply because of your diet.

Considering the Mayo Clinic itself won’t support the claims of ‘cleanse’ diets should be a telling sign. In fact, not physician will back the claims. Why? Simply put the evidence doesn’t exist.

What about you, do you swear by the value of cleanse diets? or are you more skeptical, preferring to opt for healthy nutrition over pills and extreme diets?
