If it Sounds Unnatural it is

Good post from Huffington on cleanses and how all the rage doesn’t add up. Most people do more harm than good trying to find the next fad in healthy diets. Chances are most everything you hear at the kiosk in the mall is false. Don’t risk your health by listening to a high school drop out tell you how you need to go on a juice diet.
Most cleanses will make prolific claims about the need to rid your body of toxic elements. They use fear to ultimately sell.
If something sounds to good to be true then it is. Plain an simple. And if you have to buy a ‘product’ to feel better you’re probably being rused. Unless tha tproduct is a well balancedd diet of fruits, veggies, whole grains, and everything in between in moderation.
Only a fool would tell you otherwise. Don’t believe the hype. Also use common sense. If you don’t know about claims made by health alternatives then ask your doctor.
